The conference will be held at Excemon Beijing Nanyueyuan Hotel, located in Fengtai District, Beijing, China. Situated near the South Third Ring Road and the Lize Business District, the hotel provides convenient access to major transportation hubs and central areas of Beijing.

The hotel is a business and conference-oriented four-star hotel that was newly renovated and reopened in May 2026. It features 201 guest rooms and 19 well-equipped meeting rooms of various sizes, together with restaurants, business facilities, and other supporting services suitable for conference participants, speakers, guests, and volunteers.

The conference facilities can accommodate a wide range of activities, including plenary sessions, parallel sessions, academic discussions, workshops, and other conference events. The largest conference hall covers approximately 620 m² and can accommodate up to 500 participants in theatre-style seating.
