Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format before the submission deadline. Only English manuscripts are acceptable for full paper submission, while extended abstracts can be written in English, Chinese, or Japanese.

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the official Springer LNCS/CCIS template. The LaTeX and Word templates may be downloaded from: Springer Conference Proceedings Guidelines .

Full papers and extended abstracts should be submitted through the Conference Management System (CMS) at: https://cms.amss.ac.cn .

Please enter the ISCIIA 2026 author center to submit your papers or proposals. Authors are encouraged to submit the title and abstract of their contribution as early as possible, and may update their submission in CMS before the official deadline.

Types of Submissions

  • Full Papers: Full papers should present original research results in computational intelligence, intelligent informatics, artificial intelligence, industrial applications, or related fields. Only English manuscripts are acceptable for full paper submission.
  • Extended Abstracts: Extended abstracts are welcome and may be written in English, Chinese, or Japanese. Extended abstracts should also be submitted through CMS.
  • Special Session Proposals: Proposals for special sessions are welcome. A special session is expected to include 5 to 8 invited papers. Session proposals should be submitted through CMS.
  • Business Proposals: Business proposals in Chinese or English are welcome for project roadshows, which will be organized as special events to promote new technologies.
  • AI in Games Contest: An AI in Games contest will be organized as a special event for students and researchers. Please refer to the conference website for further details regarding the contest and related submissions.

Special Sessions and Additional Proposals

Proposals for special sessions are welcome. A special session should normally include 5 to 8 invited papers. Organizers are invited to submit their session proposals through CMS.

Business proposals in either Chinese or English are also welcome for conference roadshows. These roadshows will be organized as special events to promote new technologies and industrial exchange.

In addition, an AI in Games Contest will be organized as a special event of the conference. Students and researchers are warmly invited to participate in this activity. Please refer to the conference website for further details regarding the contest and related submissions.

Publication and Indexing

The conference proceedings containing accepted full papers will be published by Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Selected papers with major modifications may also be recommended to the special issue of JACIII (Journal of Advanced Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics, ESCI/SCOPUS/EI indexed).
