Submission Guidelines 2026

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format before the submission deadline. Only English manuscripts are acceptable for full paper submission, while extended abstracts can be written in English, Chinese, or Japanese.

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the official Springer LNCS/CCIS template. The LaTeX and Word templates may be downloaded from: Springer Conference Proceedings Guidelines.

Full papers and extended abstracts should be submitted through the Conference Management System (CMS) at: https://cms.amss.ac.cn.

Please enter the ISCIIA 2026 Author Center to submit your papers or proposals. Authors are encouraged to submit the title and abstract of their contribution as early as possible and may update their submission in CMS before the official deadline.

Types of Submissions

  • Full Papers: Full papers should present original research results in computational intelligence, intelligent informatics, artificial intelligence, industrial applications, or related fields. Only English manuscripts are acceptable for full paper submission.
  • Extended Abstracts: Extended abstracts are welcome and may be written in English, Chinese, or Japanese. Extended abstracts should also be submitted through CMS.
  • Special Session Proposals: Proposals for special sessions are welcome. A special session is expected to include 5 to 8 invited papers. Session proposals should be submitted through CMS.
  • Business Proposals: Business proposals in Chinese or English are welcome for project roadshows, which will be organized as special events to promote new technologies.
  • AI in Games Contest: An AI in Games Contest will be organized as a special event for students and researchers. Please refer to the conference website for further details regarding the contest and related submissions.

Special Sessions and Additional Proposals

Proposals for special sessions are welcome. A special session should normally include 5 to 8 invited papers. Organizers are invited to submit their session proposals through CMS.

Business proposals in either Chinese or English are also welcome for conference roadshows. These roadshows will be organized as special events to promote new technologies and industrial exchange.

In addition, an AI in Games Contest will be organized as a special event of the conference. Students and researchers are warmly invited to participate in this activity. Please refer to the conference website for further details regarding the contest and related submissions.

Publication and Indexing

The conference proceedings containing accepted full papers will be published in Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

The ISCIIA 2026 Organizing Committee has established communication with the following journals regarding publication recommendation opportunities. Selected outstanding papers that are closely aligned with the scope of the relevant journal may, after substantial extension and revision, be recommended for independent journal publication consideration.

Recommended manuscripts must contain substantial new material beyond the conference version, comply with the submission requirements and scope of the relevant journal, and undergo the journal’s independent submission, peer-review, revision, and editorial decision-making procedures. Final acceptance is determined solely by the respective journal and its editorial board.

CMS Submission System User Guide

This guide explains how to register, obtain a PIN, select a submission type, enter manuscript information, add authors and upload a paper to the ISCIIA 2026 Conference Management System.

Some pages in the author center contain Chinese interface labels. Complete English translations are provided below.

Open the CMS Submission System
Important: Each author should register only one PIN. Your PIN, rather than your e-mail address, is used as your login account. Please keep your PIN and password in a safe place.

1 Register and Obtain a PIN

Open the CMS registration page and complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. Choose a password containing 6 to 16 characters.

Enter your personal information carefully. The information may later be used in the conference submission and review process.

How to Complete the English Information

  1. E-mail: Enter an active e-mail address that you can access.
  2. Password: Create a password containing 6 to 16 characters.
  3. Title: Select the appropriate title, such as Dr., Mr., Mrs., Ms. or Prof.
  4. Last name: Enter your family name or surname.
  5. First name: Enter your given name.
  6. Research Interests: Enter your principal research fields.
  7. Department: Enter your department, faculty, school or research division.
  8. Institution: Enter the full name of your university, company or research institution.
  9. Mailing address: Enter your institutional or correspondence address.
  10. City, Province / State, Country / Region and Postal code: Enter accurate location information.
  11. Phone and Fax: These fields may be completed where applicable.
  12. E-mail notice: Leave the box checked to receive an e-mail containing your registered personal information.
Chinese information section: If your institution is located in the Chinese mainland, complete the additional Chinese information section in Chinese. Authors whose institutions are outside the Chinese mainland may skip that section.

2 Check Your Personal Information and Save Your PIN

After successful registration, the system generates a unique PIN. The PIN is your CMS login account.

3 Select the Appropriate Submission Type

After logging in and entering the ISCIIA 2026 author center, select the submission type that corresponds to the material you intend to submit. Then click the link for submitting a new manuscript.

Regular Paper(论文) Select this option for a standard full research paper.
Organized Session(邀请组申请) Select this option when applying to organize an organized or invited session.
Organized Session Paper(邀请组论文) Select this option for a full paper submitted to an organized session.
Organized Session Abstract(邀请组论文摘要) Select this option for an abstract submitted to an organized session.
Extended Abstract(长摘要) Select this option when submitting an extended abstract rather than a full paper.

4 Enter the Submission Details

After selecting the submission type, complete the manuscript information form. The screenshot below shows the form for a Regular Paper.

How to Complete Each Field

  1. Submission Language: For a Regular Paper, select “英文,” meaning “English.”
  2. Manuscript Title: Enter the complete title of the paper.
  3. Abstract: Enter the abstract as plain text only.
  4. Keywords: Enter the principal keywords describing the paper.
  5. Number of Authors: Select the total number of authors appearing in the manuscript.
  6. Author PINs: Enter every author’s PIN in the same order in which the authors appear in the manuscript.
  7. Corresponding Author: Select one author as the corresponding author.
  8. Research Area / Track: Select the area that most closely matches the paper.
  9. Manuscript File: Upload one PDF file only.
  10. File Limits: The PDF must not exceed 30 pages or 4 MB.
  11. Submit: Check all information before clicking the final Submit button.
Each listed author needs a CMS PIN. The form includes a “这里” link, meaning “here,” which can be used to search for a co-author’s PIN in a new window.

After submitting the form, return to the submitted papers section and confirm that the manuscript appears in your submission list.

Final Check
  • Confirm that a Submission ID has been generated.
  • Check that the submission type is correct.
  • Check the manuscript title and author order.
  • Check the selected research area or track.
  • Check the current submission status.
  • Keep a record of the Submission ID.
