The ISCIIA 2026 Organizing Committee has issued the official notice on the release of the Conference Programme and oral presentation arrangements.
Authors attending the 2026 International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Industrial Applications and the China-Japan Bilateral Symposium on Advanced Computational Intelligence are kindly requested to review the following requirements and download the full bilingual notice below.
Oral Presentation Requirements
- On-site presentation: Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one author or an authorized representative. If a substitute presents on the author’s behalf, a letter of authorization must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
- Time allocation: 15 minutes per paper: 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Language: Slides must be prepared in English. Presentations are recommended in English, subject to the Session Chair’s on-site instructions.
- PPT submission: Submit slides by 18:00 on October 29, 2026 through the presentation submission page. Name the file “Session Number + Name + Paper Number”.
- Arrival: Arrive at the session room 10 minutes early and check in with the Session Chair.
Schedule and Registration
- October 31, 14:00–18:00: Contributed-Paper Forums I–IV.
- November 1, 14:00–18:00: Contributed-Paper Forums V–XIII.
- Forum on AI in Education: Retains its existing schedule.
- Registration: October 29, 2026, 13:00–20:00, at Beijing Chenmao Nanyueyuan Hotel.
Check the “Contributed-Paper Sessions” section of the Conference Programme (pp. 28–52) for your paper’s presentation time, forum, and room.
Please verify your paper title, author names, and affiliations. Corrections should be submitted to the Secretariat by October 20, 2026; later requests may not be accommodated.

请参加2026年计算智能与工业应用国际研讨会暨先进计算智能中日双边研讨会的各位作者，认真阅读以下安排，并下载文末双语版通知查阅完整要求。
口头报告要求
- 现场报告：每篇录用论文须至少有一位作者或委托代表到场报告。作者无法到场时，须委托他人代为报告，并向大会秘书处提交委托书。
- 报告时长：每篇论文15分钟，其中口头报告10分钟、问答交流5分钟。
- 汇报语言：PPT须使用英文制作，现场报告建议使用英文，具体以分会场主席要求为准。
- PPT提交：请于2026年10月29日18:00前通过汇报材料提交页面上传，文件命名为“分会场编号+姓名+论文编号”。
- 到场要求：请提前10分钟抵达指定分会场，并向分会场主席报到确认。
论文报告与注册报到安排
- 10月31日14:00–18:00：论文论坛（一至四）。
- 11月1日14:00–18:00：论文论坛（五至十三）。
- AI教育论坛：按原时段执行。
- 注册报到：2026年10月29日13:00–20:00，北京辰茂南粤苑酒店。
